Heather Coughlin Administrator and advertising sales
Heather is acknowledged by clients throughout Canada for her high levels of consistency, competency and collaboration. She manages all advertising sales for Pappin Communications’ publications, and has developed a broad and constantly increasing professional network within the health care sector in Canada and on an international level.
Heather ably manages complex projects, giving each of them the attention they require to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and on budget. She is also experienced in print management, having worked for a number of years as assistant to the general manager of DFR Printing of Pembroke.
Sherri Keller Graphic designer
A graduate of the Graphic Design program at St. Lawrence College in Kingston, Sherri brings an artistic flair and expertise in new technology to the Pappin Communications team.
She produces appealing and innovative designs for projects, which include a wide variety ranging from business cards to brochures and high-quality catalogues. Sherri is well-versed in the design and production requirements for journal publication.
Gemma Robillard Writer/photographer
Gemma graduated from Ryerson University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Journalism. She spent one year as a reporter/photographer for a community newspaper in Ottawa before moving to the Valley where she has worked for both the Arnprior Chronicle-Guide and the Renfrew Mercury.
For the past four years, she has enjoyed working closely with the Pappin Communications team as a freelance photographer and writer covering Eastern Renfrew County. Gemma is usually found with camera in hand at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital or at one of the local schools in the Renfrew County Catholic District School Board.
This opportunity with Pappin has allowed her to explore her passion for photography and continue her life-long love of writing—all while being able to stay home and care for her young family.
Cecelia McGuire Writer/proofreader
Cecelia does proofreading, editing and writing work for us. After a 20-year career as a journalist at major daily news operations across Canada, including The Gazette in Montreal, The Canadian Press in Toronto, The Edmonton Journal and Toronto Star, Cecelia has been freelancing since 2002. She has a Bachelor of Journalism from Ryerson and a BA from Queen’s University in Kingston.
