Hot Spot is published four times per year and distributed to referring physicians and health care professionals in the Greater Toronto and surrounding Area. In addition to profiles of the palliative and supportive care programs available at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Hot Spot features regular columns on psychosocial and ethical issues, news on the latest developments in palliative care and a “Research Corner”. Inserts with practical information on treatment issues such as management of pain or GI toxicities are also included.
