Heather is acknowledged by clients throughout Canada for her high levels of consistency, competency and collaboration. She manages all advertising sales for Pappin Communications’ publications, and has developed a broad and constantly increasing professional network within the health care sector in Canada and on an international level.
Heather ably manages complex projects, giving each of them the attention they require to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and on budget. She is also experienced in print management, having worked for a number of years as assistant to the general manager of DFR Printing of Pembroke.
Sherri Keller
Graphic designer
A graduate of the Graphic Design program at St. Lawrence College in Kingston, Sherri brings an artistic flair and expertise in new technology to the Pappin Communications team.
She produces appealing and innovative designs for projects, which include a wide variety ranging from business cards to brochures and high-quality catalogues. Sherri is well-versed in the design and production requirements for journal publication.
Linda Verde
Proofreading
Linda M. Verde is a freelance editor, with more than 30 years of experience and particular expertise in business and medical publications. Specializing in magazine and book editing, currently she is Editor-in-Chief of two peer-reviewed medical journals, and to date, has edited several books across various genres.
Early in her career she was Managing Editor, then Publisher and Editor, of Ivey Business School’s prestigious management magazine, Ivey Business Quarterly, where she learned to love editing.
